1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The item is unused, in original packaging, with tags attached

• A request is submitted within 30 days​ of delivery

• The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong item shipped)

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:

• Digital downloads, personalized/custom items

• Products damaged by misuse or unauthorized modifications

2. Refund Process

Once I receive and inspect your return:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method​

• Processing takes 3–7 business days​ (timing depends on your bank/payment provider)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued for:

• Items returned after 30 days

• Products damaged through customer mishandling

• Final sale/clearance items (marked as such)

• Original shipping fees (unless I shipped the wrong/defective item)
