Weekends/holidays: Processed next business day
Pre-order/custom items: Ship date noted on product page

Carrier-specific restrictions (lithium batteries, liquids, etc.)
Providing accurate phone/email for customs clearance
6. Returns & Exchanges
My error (wrong/defective item): I cover return shipping
Customer-initiated returns: You pay return shipping
Undeliverable packages due to incorrect address: Reshipping fees apply

Items become your responsibility once handed to the carrier
